About The Position

AllCloud is looking for an Executive Assistant. As such, you will report to the President of EMEA.

You will work to ensure the President’s daily workflow is efficient and effective for optimal organizational performance. As a critical support system for the President’s senior leadership team, this role will be involved in decision-making processes that require robust administrative support, confidentiality, and a desire to contribute as a thought partner. Working closely with leadership, this role will support the preparations and execution of various divisional and company-wide projects.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the President of EMEA on daily priorities
  • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments and commitments
  • Arrange complex and detailed business travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President of EMEA, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Facilitate internal communications and coordination of team meetings (e.g., preparing meeting agendas and arranging meeting rooms, equipment, and refreshments as required)
  • Work collaboratively, leveraging appropriate resources to manage, own, and streamline administrative tasks
  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure the schedule is followed and respected
  • Handle the President of EMEA’s matters with the highest confidentiality and time sensitivity
  • Support special projects across the company to ensure efficiency
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives at a similarly sized growth early-stage company
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects and creating successful outcomes
  • 1+ years of experience creating and implementing management protocols to support growing teams
  • High proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
  • Project coordination experience at an intermediate complexity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external partners
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Have the ability to handle confidential material with the utmost discretion
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, service orientation
  • Excellent English - both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated proficiency with standard office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • A bachelor's degree is a Master's degree's significant advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer service.
  • Experience in supervising and managing an organization's front desk operations.
  • Demonstrate a desire and ability to synthesize complex information and research into clear, succinct, and actionable formats for a given issue.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital tools and practices that support communication, organization, and productivity.
  • Familiarity with and interest in organizational management and change.
  • High control of Google Drive - Excel, presentations, tools
