Control and execute Occupational Health and Safety actions and preventions, in addition to monitoring and control Environmental Risks in accordance with regulatory standards.
Your responsibilities would be:
Control and monitor all actions related to Occupational Health and Safety, in addition to developing educational actions, monitoring and guiding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE).
Monitor and apply, together with the responsible company, the Regulatory Standards applicable to the company, considering the main ones such as: Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA) and Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), Ergonomic Report, Insalubrity Report, among others.
Investigate, analyze accidents and recommend prevention and control measures.
Coordinate and monitor the actions of CIPA, SIPAT, with the current team and competent bodies.
Coordinate the actions of the Emergency Brigade team, including support in providing first aid and driving employees victimized by work accidents.
Promote inspections in the workplace, identifying hazardous conditions, seeking to eliminate risk situations.
Verify work methods and routines, identifying risk factors for work accidents, occupational diseases and the presence of environmental agents that are aggressive to workers, proposing elimination or neutralization.
Propose safety standards and devices, verifying their compliance and suggesting possible modifications to equipment and facilities to prevent accidents.
Monitor and coordinate firefighting systems.
Evaluate and review the technical, expert and statistical reports inherent to the area.
Coordinate and program the Occupational Health and Safety System and Environmental Management System.
Prepare annual reports, working with public environmental inspection agencies, such as IBAMA and CETESB, providing support to the company on issues related to the environment, in addition to monitoring environmental inspections.
Monitor the collection and disposal of waste by conducting environmental audits.
Monitor environmental aspects and impacts, develop and implement projects aimed at reducing the impact on the environment, promote training for employees, monitoring of technical reports and environmental records in order to comply with applicable environmental legislation and audits for certification.
Organize, monitor, assist and execute practical teaching and research activities.
Our Basic Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree: Business Administration / Biology / Environmental Engineering
Required Training: Technical Course in Occupational Safety
English: Intermediate Level
Experience with Health, Safety and Environment Policies
Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45.001
2+ years' experience in similar position within a manufacturing environment
