What you'll do:

  • Work across full range of HR activities, including employee relations, organizational design and staffing, leadership development, performance management, compensation, and organizational effectiveness

  • Facilitate organizational change as required by the business and support Lead HR Generalist on annual compensation review, performance, and talent processes

  • Assist with the management of all HR issues related to employees and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures

  • Assist employees with basic questions, benefits escalations, Leave of Absence (LOA), and liaising with ConnectOne, when necessary

  • Assist with projects such as Diversity Analysis, Talent Review, Performance and Compensation, Review, Voice of the Employee (VOE) Action Planning, and site-specific activities and ad hoc project requests, as required

  • Liaise with Immigration, Recruiting, Learning and Development, Compensation, and other HR Teams where appropriate

What we'll need from you:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideallyin HR Operations or other highly administrative roles.

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
