Key Responsibilities
Align local practices to execute the CEE Talent strategy among engineering verticals
Guide managers on Talent Density, career, and development conversations as well as growth plans to ensure the high performance of the Dream Teams
Provide proactively insights and recommendations based on observations, Employee Satisfaction Survey results, as well as other data points to ensure equitable employee experience and team effectiveness
Coach people managers on performance management and development plans
Advise and manage questions for the rollout of global Talent Programs
Support Netflix employees’ integration including initiatives for new hire orientations and immersion in the Netflix culture
Act as the main point of contact for the engineering Netflix employees
Conduct regular pulse syncs with employees and managers to assess leadership, overall team effectiveness, and organizational health
Analyze data in areas such as promotions, hiring, and exits, highlighting trends to inform decisions
Partner on employee relations matters with the Employment Legal and Employee Services team (e.g. performance management, terminations & exits, long-term disability, Leaves of Absence)
Profile/Experience
10+years of relevant Human Resources experience in a multinational corporation
Demonstrates business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, high judgment, and critical thinking
Possesses intellectual curiosity to bring insight into the team and business
Advocates on Inclusion and Diversity topics
Works in a highly matrixed, global organization as well as across timezones
Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English
Ability to influence and prioritize
Project management and execution skills
Demonstrable experience in coaching and consulting in a high-performance culture
