Responsibilities:
Function as Site Leader; develop and maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers and sales to proactively identify customer needs, ensure resolution, proper follow-up, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Prioritize service, assign personnel, distribution of work, and resource allocation.
Assist Director of Service (DOS), Service Delivery Leader (SDL) with employee appraisals, status changes, promotions, disciplinary actions, and questions.
Share on-call or service call escalation.
Responsible for prompt and accurate filing of expense, time, and service reports.
Track, monitor and report on service delivery metrics to DOS or SDL.
Maintain parts inventory and manage vendor service as needed.
Provide instruction to hospital personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair.
Associates degree or High School diploma/GED with 6+ years’ experience
4+ years of experience as a Biomedical Technician / Clinical Engineer
Experience with P&L along with completion of administrative tasks.
Prior Team Lead experience
