  • Ensure the successful launch and coordination of key Biosimilar products for Teva Pharmaceuticals.
  • Manage the relationship and communication with cross functional team members related to timelines and projects of upcoming launches and provide feedback to the Biosimilar brand team.
  • Maintain and manage an efficient launch tracker, ensuring timely updates, accurate tracking of milestones, and clear communication of progress to key stakeholders.
  • Follow up to ensure all key milestones related to timelines are met and hold cross-functional teams accountable to their deliverables in a timeline/tracker.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to management, providing clear and actionable insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to foster collaboration, trust, and long-term partnership success.
  • Facilitate and lead workshops and meetings, ensuring productive discussions, clear communication of objectives, and effective collaboration among participants to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify and implement best practices for launch management, continuously improving processes to enhance launch efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
  • Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies to address potential launch obstacles and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Align organizationally and individually with internal and external codes of conduct.
Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical launch managing and commercial operations experience in a fast-paced, matrixed and complex multiproduct environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Biosimilar experience preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors. Demonstrated success in managing challenging high-value projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to comprehend complex challenges and their consequences.
  • Ability to meet objectives and deadlines, promote efficiency and effectiveness, and incorporate improvements and program return on investment (ROI).
  • Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required.
  • Versed in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional:

  • Sitting for extended periods of time at work station or mobile equipment.

Visual Acuity:

  • Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • The majority of work will be conducted in an office setting.
