Key responsibilities:

• Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of all product orders Support local office support with all required administration activities
• Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes
• Customer order processing in ERP system; ensure good document control
• Generate Standard Sales Orders; Consignment orders; RMA orders; Quotation/Contract orders
• Responsible for updating customer accounts: submitting requests in SAP for customer creation/extension/ amendment

Key skills and qualifications:

• Bachelorstudies completed or in progress
• Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with contract
• Fluent English (another European language is a plus)
• Experience working in a multi discipline team
• Eager to learn and work in a changing and fast- growing
