As a Product Delivery Manager in the EMEA Payments Product Team, you will manage the annual investment process
Job responsibilities
- Owns regionalproduct andplatform development roadmaps,backlogs,governance and the change agenda
- Ensures approved roadmaps are prioritized and resourced for technology development
- Owns regional demand processes, implementing continuous process improvements whilst ensuring transparency to stakeholders
- Collaborates with global product partners to deliver value for EMEA and our clients
- Partners with the Technology organization, fostering an environment of collaboration to maximize velocity and efficiency in delivery for clients
- Collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders in order to identify, develop and implement new solutions and product improvements that are globally consistent
- Understands the risks inherent in the product delivery process and drives programs to reduce or eliminate
- Implements change, consensus, and alignment on the target state vision and roadmap across a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders
- Exhibits a deep-passion for continuous learning and provides knowledge gained throughout the entire organization, beyond the team and line of business, and facilitates classes, workshops, and sharing events
- Acts as an active team-player in developing the team (for example recruiting), fostering a collaborative and supportive culture, and bringing positivity and a sense of fun to the office
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Able to demonstrate experience and knowledge within payments product management, development, product delivery or a comparable role
- Proven leadership, financial, analytical and strategic skill set
- Effective change management experience with an ability to connect with teams to influence current state mindset and help them adapt to a changing environment
- Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives
- Solid track record of success in developing and implementing initiatives
- Payment industry group participation and contribution
- Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
- Execution-oriented self-starter who likes to take initiative
- Demonstrated track record of managing risk
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills with experience of collaborating with Sales, Service, Operations and Technology teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize, set vision and strategy, set direction and balance delivery across various time horizons
