As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Onyx- Coin Systems, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. The Senior Product Delivery Associate is tasked with ensuring the delivery and build out of products to meet our go-to-market ambitions.

• Manages the Product delivery of various products build-out under Onyx- Coin Systems. Involves managing scope, delivery and working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, cross functional product, and technology teams.
• Collaborates with product owners to finalize the business epics which can then be prioritized and turned over to technology development teams.
• Ensures all requirements are elaborated to the appropriate level of detail and items that are in or out of scope are negotiated with relevant stakeholders.
• Manages functional and technical assessment to enrich the requirements produced by product owners.
• Manages and plans product deliveries working through dependencies with multiple technology and product teams across JPM Payments, Liquidity & account services, Channels, and various off chain applications
• Ensures timely communication of status and blockers for a product deliverable at different levels of stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Proven experience in developing and delivering large scale product solutions end to end.
• Having a strong understanding of Transaction Banking Application Landscape – you have familiarity with the key applications across the lifecycle of a Cross border payment along with a strong understanding of Ledger solutions.
• Strategic thinker - have the ability to conceptualize the big picture, prioritize, and connect the dots across business areas to ensure we develop impactful solutions.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional Product and Technology teams.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering large scale product solutions end to end.
• Foundational understanding of distributed ledger technology, and advantages it offers over traditional ledgers.
• Ability to traverse through complex multi team and multi system structure to execute task at hand. With a track record of “getting it done” – you have a history of delivering multiple global products functionalities concurrently.
• Driven by insatiable curiosity and willingness to learn – a steep learning curve doesn’t scare you but excites you!
