Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing strategic internal communications plans and programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to create clear and concise communications in the right “voice” that distills information into compelling, memorable, and digestible messaging.
  • PowerPoint skills with ability to create executive audience communication tools.
  • Creative approach to storytelling and agility in navigating different channels from written comms to digital video and hybrid formats.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across organizational boundaries and to work effectively with multiple business partners, including cross-group teams, virtual and global teams, vendors, and agency partners.
  • Experience working in an in-house Communications role or as an agency counterpart.
  • Experienced at execution with a proven program management track record of shouldering cross functional and/or cross team projects.
  • Independent, self-starter with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and tasks simultaneously.

Communications & Operations

  • Plan and execute an internal communications roadmap for the organization. Maintain internal communications updates on team tracker, taking accountability for flagging upcoming events/releases to ensure coordination.
  • Support and prepare messaging for the executive leader in internal engagements, including All Hands, Offsites, speaking events, etc.
  • Manage internal communications channels including org emails, updates, newsletters, SharePoint sites, etc.
  • Collaborate with counterparts in HR, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, etc. to advise on internal communications strategies to drive employee engagement.
  • Manage internal measurement and insights, drawing actionable insights and incorporating feedback into communications tactics.
  • Partner with the leadership team to align on an organization rhythm of business (RoB)/team rhythms.
  • Leads project/program management to ensure org-wide implementation of strategic efforts that required hands-on coordination across multiple disciplines and business organizations.
  • Understand the current global organization culture in partnership with our HR partners. Develop and empower employees with programs to engage and connect across a global workforce (e.g., strengthening community connections for the team).
