Your Role:

As a member of the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for managing EY’s social media accounts and maintaining the firm’s website. Your duties include:

  • Managing social media campaigns and activities on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Maintaining social media pages to enhance their presence and effectiveness.
  • Using a CMS to update and manage the EY Luxembourg website.
  • Training stakeholders on using social media and the website through training sessions and individual meetings.
  • Creating and implementing web marketing strategies.
  • Providing web and social media analytics.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of website usage by working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Adhering to the company’s visual standards and values.
  • Assisting in the implementation of digital innovations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.

Experience:

  • One to three years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Additional relevant experience may substitute for some education requirements.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in English, with strong web copywriting and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube. Knowledge of additional social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Enthusiasm for social media, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest developments.
  • Strong knowledge of web marketing is an advantage.
  • Data and analytics knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work quickly and methodically in a constantly changing industry.
  • Ability to work with a CMS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong web culture and creativity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global environnement.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent research abilities.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Confidence in presenting strategies and concepts to stakeholders for discussion.
