Your Role:
As a member of the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for managing EY’s social media accounts and maintaining the firm’s website. Your duties include:
- Managing social media campaigns and activities on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Maintaining social media pages to enhance their presence and effectiveness.
- Using a CMS to update and manage the EY Luxembourg website.
- Training stakeholders on using social media and the website through training sessions and individual meetings.
- Creating and implementing web marketing strategies.
- Providing web and social media analytics.
- Ensuring the highest levels of website usage by working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Adhering to the company’s visual standards and values.
- Assisting in the implementation of digital innovations.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience:
- One to three years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Additional relevant experience may substitute for some education requirements.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in English, with strong web copywriting and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube. Knowledge of additional social media platforms is an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for social media, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest developments.
- Strong knowledge of web marketing is an advantage.
- Data and analytics knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work quickly and methodically in a constantly changing industry.
- Ability to work with a CMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong web culture and creativity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global environnement.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent research abilities.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Confidence in presenting strategies and concepts to stakeholders for discussion.
