Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+years’ experienceinbusinessmanagement, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or business-related roles
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • yearsof experience in leadership positions,demonstratingthe ability to work closely with senior leadership andpromotecollaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • 8+ years business or program management experience working in a production, mission-critical 24/7 environmentsuch as DataCenter or other Critical Environments.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Business Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • rive the development and execution of therhythm of businessandmaximize use of the VP and LT’s time.
  • Develop andmaintaina comprehensiveprogramroadmap aligned with Data CenterOperationsand CO+I objectives.Plan and run the monthlyprogram reviews.
  • Sets business priorities for the year and focus areas for each period, in collaboration with the leader
  • Drivebusiness functions to ensure the team's operating rhythm is effective.
  • Drive prioritization and prepare the team for weekly leadership staff; drive content alignment across teams for executive review.
  • Prioritizeand manageend-to-end businessneedstoaneffectivelyforoptimaloutcomes.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of organizational strategy and planned deliverables for the upcoming year to design and track people-related budgets (training, morale, T&E, etc.).
  • Providedirection and supportfor org hygiene,cultureandinclusioninitiativesin partnership with HR.
  • Partner and collaborate with the extended business management community within CO+I.

Strategy Planning & Activation

  • Create and manage the end-to-end process for the planning and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives,automationand programs.
  • Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business; create clarity on ambiguous projects and develop plans for execution.
