In this role, you will plan and drive engagement with silicon companies to support our roadmaps, working in close collaboration with silicon architects, program managers, engineers, marketers, and other teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+years'experience withsoftware or hardware technology productsworkinginproduct management, business development, technical sales, or engineering.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience defining and driving complex strategic partnerships with enterprise-scaleorganizations, including high-value contracts.
  • 4+ years of industry experience working in a matrixed environment,demonstratingeffective cross-team and cross-function collaboration and influence.
  • 4+ years of experiencedemonstratingeffective written and verbalcommunicationand collaboration(directly or indirectly)with executive leadership to drive alignment and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's DegreeinEngineering,Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering,orComputerScienceor related fieldAND 8+ years' experiencewith software or hardware technology productsworkinginproduct management, business development, technical sales, or engineering.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years industry experience insemiconductors and silicon, PC’s, orconsumer electronics.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and nurturing key stakeholder relationships, includingproficiencyin storytelling and influencing skills.

Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • Define and drive strategies for partnering with silicon companies.
  • Drive the process to evaluate opportunities for silicon technology and IP.
  • Define business frameworks and drive complex business deals and contracts.
  • objectives.
  • Develop effective relationships across partner organizations and drive day-to-day engagement.
  • Activate internal teams to align roadmaps/investments with silicon partners
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful co-engineering.
