Required/minimum qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience managing direct reports.
Additional or preferred qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 15+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience managing direct reports.
  • 5+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
  • 5+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.
  • 5+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Ability to lead and influence business partners through executive maturity and balanced self-awareness
  • People management experience with demonstrated excellence
  • Polished interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated drive; ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, creating effective business partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly in commercial public and private cloud services, business models and economics
