The Live Stream Producer has at least 7+ years of experience in production with multiple years in streaming, preferably focused on e-commerce. This person has a strong background in project management, development, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bonus if the Live Stream Producer has knowledge of and passion for sports and pop culture collectibles.
The role requires exceptional understanding of how live stream programming can be used to grow revenue and increase brand awareness. Live Stream Producer will handle the development and execution of producing successful eBay Live shows including:
- Attend and produce all eBay Live events.
- Manage all pre-production details.
- Clear understanding of auction items’ stories and importance in the marketplace.
- Work with the eBay Compliance team.
- Collaborate with all Goldin departments.
- Communicate with eBay Live Team about platform upgrades and uses.
- Monitor show metrics and then tweak show elements to grow GMV and engagement.
- Coordinate with Goldin’s Content & Marketing Team on show promotion.
- Build playbook for eBay Live shows including workflow and best practices guides.
- Communicate with Head of Marketing about auction timelines and show notes.
- Build budgets and workable timelines for eBay Live shows.
- Ideate and pitch new event formats and series concepts to build Goldin’s presence on eBay Live.

This is a management position that requires leading a team and interacting with a variety of internal stake holders (including Marketing, Content, Sales, Business Operations, Inventory, and Shipping) to successfully execute live programming.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and execute all aspects of eBay Live shows.
- Ability to work from our Runnemede, NJ office .
- Ensure that livestream programming surpasses Goldin’s business goals and align with overall objectives and brand standards.
- Develop new show ideas to grow Goldin’s presence and impact on eBay Live.
- Collaborate with eBay teams to execute events and develop cross-branding and cross-marketing opportunities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years in production with multiple years in streaming.
- Experience producing e-commerce series and/or productions driven by revenue growth.
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
- Identifying, Developing and Producing on-camera talent.
- Storytelling in a live-event setting.
SKILLS
- Content development and creation.
- Crafting run-of-shows, compelling scripts, and host talking points.
- Knowledge of ecommerce broadcasting principles and techniques.
- Creativity to find new ways to engage viewers and boost sales.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$101,200 - $174,100
