Role and Responsibilities
You will shape the post-launch strategy, content roadmap, and optimization plans for a growing portfolio of interactive mini-games built specifically for the TV experience. You’ll work across internal teams and external developers to ensure every game continues to evolve, improve, and engage over time—introducing new features, resolving issues, and continually raising the bar for what mini-games can be on the big screen.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:Own the full post-launch lifecycle of multiple mini-games, with responsibility for ongoing performance, engagement, and user satisfaction.
Define and drive the roadmap for content updates, feature improvements, seasonal events, and gameplay enhancements.
Collaborate with third-party game studios and internal teams to ideate and implement new mechanics, content, and engagement strategies.
Monitor game analytics, user behavior, and feedback to prioritize improvements and troubleshoot performance or experience issues.
Partner with QA, engineering, design, and product to ensure updates ship smoothly and on schedule.
Serve as the connective tissue between Samsung’s internal teams and external developers, ensuring Live Services are delivered with quality, creativity, and consistency.
6 + years in game production, live services, or a related role managing post-launch game optimization.
Proven success managing multiple games or experiences simultaneously.
Deep understanding of casual game design and user engagement strategies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with external development teams.
Excellent organizational and project management skills—you know how to keep things moving, even across complex workflows.
Passion for shaping new kinds of gaming experiences on connected TVs.
