Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management in the logistics industry.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience leading third-party logistics partners to establish security standards and loss prevention programs.
- Experience building and maintaining a safety culture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Behavior Based Safety.
- Ability to leverage and influence through collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
