JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute a compliance strategy, including the Honeywell HSE Field Work Management System and regulatory requirements at all IGS Field Work locations.
  • Drive injury reduction through cultural and behavioral initiatives.
  • Partner with the Intelligrated Field Work leadership to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Reduce the risk profile of projects by identifying gaps through self-assessments, audits, GEMBA’s, and agency or 3rd party inspections.
  • Strong ability to use Six Sigma/Lean practices and principles to develop, deploy and continuously improve HSE results and improve efficiencies.
  • Support Intelligrated Field Work with on-site reviews/visits/inspections to drive continuous improvement in HSE.
  • This role is Remote and must be able to Travel up to 60%.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 6 plus years of progressive health and safety experience, with increased responsibility.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in maintenance, construction, and manufacturing work environments.

PREFERRED

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification
  • Preferred degree in safety, engineering, or related technical field.
  • Preferred, broad knowledge of Honeywell policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Knowledge and management experience with global aspects of HSE and Sustainability
  • Firm understanding of OSHA’s General industry standard as well as their Voluntary Protection Program (VPP)
  • Ability to communicate and influence decision making to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong collaboration, program management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Mature judgment and decision-making ability with strategic and tactical HSE experience
