As a Director of Process Management, you will be an integral part of the FS Command Center which keeps the heart of FS beating strongly. Our vision is to give our President the maximum leverage that he needs to run the division. We design and execute divisional governance, ensure work is appropriately prioritized and executed, cascade key information to the division, and assess and recognize the results driven by experiences. Above all, we obsess about execution and delivering with heart.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Understand client strategy. Keep synched with FS Finance for items relevant to your client; perhaps assist with scheduling/agenda/actions
Analyze SLT scorecard; notice trends and areas of opportunity to highlight or escalate. Ensure timely certification of scorecard metrics on a monthly basis.
Understand experience roadmaps and highlight areas not meeting the mark. Facilitate recurring roadmap reviews and ensure proper tagging and updates
Ensure short and long term action cycles are done to level of Sanjiv expectation
Give early-warning “smoke alarm” signals to FSCC lead for further problem solving and escalation
Identify required functionality within FSCC tools and escalate request appropriately to drive valuable enhancements
Partnering cross-functionally with clients to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive results.
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments, and to ensure effective and helpful flow of information to and from your clients and the division.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree OR military experience
• At least 5 years of Process Management experience OR at least 5 years of Project Management experience
• At least 3 years of People Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in Industrial engineering, Process engineering, Process management, Systems engineering, Management, Business or Business Administration (MBA)
• 5+ years of experience in People Management
• Background in financial planning and analysis
