Responsibilities

Execution Excellence& Program Management

  • Leverage data and performance metrics tomonitor performance and demonstrate business impact. Communicate Commercial operations performance status & health to relevant stakeholders, including up to CVP level.
  • Work with other teams(e.g., Vendor Ops, Field Ops, Partner Ops, other internal stakeholder teams)to ensure processes are rigorous and executed efficiently.Holdstakeholdersaccountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans and processes.
  • Maintain therelevantrhythm of business (ROB),ensuringparticipants and stakeholders are communicating and responding according to the necessary cadence.


  • Collect and evaluate success criteria and performance metricsto monitorhealth andensure activities align with business objectives.Use data analyticsand business reviewsto derive insights that help identify risks and mitigation plans, as well as opportunities to streamline and optimize based on lessons learned.
  • Improve operations by defining and driving clarity in issues, selecting the optimal scenario to resolve.Identifyinternalopportunities to improve performanceand strive for simplification,collaborating with others toidentifyand align onroot problems,define strategy,andgather requirements.
  • Help define vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact,gain buy in and definecommunication to the organization.Utilizedirection and strategy from leadershipin order toexecute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influence others to change behavior accordingly.
  • Support and contribute toforecasting, and examining business trends to stay current, agile and competitive.
