Act as a key member of the GTM Initiatives Team supporting global programs
Design, develop, and execute GTM Enablement solutions that align with strategic initiatives and overall business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program, process, and product updates (across Product, GTM, and Operations) by developing and implementing specialized training programs for global sales teams
Design robust learning objectives and align KPIs to measure learning programs successfully and own the seller’s learning experience
Establish relationships with Sales Leadership to translate feedback in clear and actionable ways
Optimize continuous learning ever-boarding initiatives, including sales process, sales methodologies, and programs
Production of in-person & virtual training with domain expertise and passion
Providing subject matter expertise to the field through both eLearning, remote learning and in-person sessions
Leverage our suite of enablement and sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivity (Highspot, MindTickle, Salesloft)
In your first 60 days, you will
Familiarize yourself with our business model, organizational structure, and sales collateral
Attend new hire sales training to learn about MongoDB’s technology, what we sell, and how we sell
Gain competency with our enablement tools (Salesloft, Highspot, MindTickle) and content development process
Dive deep into team objectives and individual responsibilities
Be a major contributor to curriculum and content development for a net new training or initiative to optimize ongoing training (eLearning or in-person)
The ideal candidate will have
4+ years in sales enablement
4+ years of field sales experience
Experience training sellers of various levels of seniority through various modalities such as in-person, virtually, or self-paced e-learning
A high degree of confidence and poise when presenting to a sales audience and executives - the ability to see the ‘big picture’ when managing a room
A track record of developing and implementing impactful strategic programs
Ability to build trust and clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders across businesses.
Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through. This person can own and take tasks through to completion.
Strong project management skills
The ability to network inside the company, create relationships, and source input
Experience owning large-scale initiatives such as Sales Kick Off, or building and implementing a new sales process across multiple roles
