THIS ROLE IS BASED IN DUBLIN WITH THREE DAYS IN THE OFFICE PER WEEK. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FROM DUBLIN.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with EMEA and APAC leadership & Stakeholders to understand needs, gaps and goals of the business whislt also providing perspective from trends you see and that Gong surfaces that need addressing in the field
Design, launch and reinforce enablement programs and trainings that support the regions goals and company goals
Drive, track and influence field adoption on desired key behavioral changes (leveraging Gong as much as possible)
Align programs and trainings to tangible Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on impact of programs to leadership
Support Regional Managers to coach their teams and drive adoption and reinforcement of Enablement programs
Partner with Global Enablement Team to bring regional perspective to Global programs and play a role in bringing them to life in region
Partner with the Global Onboarding Team to run a meaningful and impactful GTM onboarding program locally
Partner with Global T&D Team to run a meaning and impactful company onboarding locally
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years direct SaaS sales or Sales/Revenue Enablement experience
Experience using Gong is preferred as well as SFDC, Highspot etc
Assist in development of content focused on all training areas
Combination of Sales Expertise and Enablement experience with facilitation
Strategic thinker with ability to understand complex issues, develop/ apply/simplify frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision making, and action (with leadership and cross functional teams)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
