What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in technical support domain,
  • Technical Expertise in SQL, API.
  • Deep understanding of technical support operations and metrics.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce.
  • Strong technical proficiency with SQL, APIs, Kusto, Grafana, BigQuery, and Kibana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Proven experience in the ad-tech industry.
  • Understanding of industry trends and best practices in technical support function.
  • Experience managing client escalations and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to stay calm and maintain performance when under pressure.

What will I do on a regular basis?

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Taboola’s clients.
  • Timely response to incoming customer support inquiries via email and support ticketing system.
  • Communicate urgent technical issues internally and externally.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate issues internally as needed.
