Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of infrastructure programs that power Copilot, including planning, scoping, milestone tracking, and cross-team coordination.
- Partner closely with engineers, SREs, product managers, and AI researchers to deliver scalable, reliable systems for traffic routing, compute orchestration, experimentation, security and release.
- Own program status across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, unblocking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Translate complex technical initiatives into clear execution plans, aligning stakeholders across time zones and functions.
- Communicate program strategies, trade-offs, and results to executive leadership and partner teams, advocating for infrastructure priorities and long-term platform health.
- Champion an AI-native approach to infrastructure, ensuring systems are designed from the ground up to support frontier model integration and rapid experimentation.
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4 years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 3 years experience working on software development and/or cloud infrastructure projects (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8 years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
