What you will do:

  • Sell Red Hat's OpenShift portfolio by generating opportunities in a designated set of accounts or territory.

  • Contribute to selling and marketing strategies in the OpenShift and Cloud Services portfolio

  • Promote Red Hat's value proposition to prospective customers

  • Meet both quantitative and qualitative performance expectations

  • Collaborate with the broader sales organization to advance opportunities

  • Build relationships of trust with key customer decision makers and influencers

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions sales role

  • Extensive technical sales experience in Cloud or Application Development or AI

  • Track record of successfully achieving sales goals and targets

  • Proven ability to understand customers' business objectives and identify pain points in order to produce a recommendation that addresses those business objectives

  • Excellent communication skills that adapt to different levels of an organization such as engineering, finance, operations, sales, business, and executive levels

  • Balance of strategic, tactical, and technical, as well as creative thinking skills

  • Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams

  • Passion for open source technology

The salary range for this position is $209,650.00 - $345,890.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
