Minimum qualifications:

- Experience in digital marketing and with associated products and tools (e.g., Search, YouTube, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently, as this involves external and internal-facing engagement in Japanese.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in project management and making presentations to C-level/executive audiences.
- Experience in business development and business leadership.
- Experience in Search, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), or YouTube.
- Understanding of the industry's issues, an outlook for growth, and commitment to advancing Google's strategies within the marketplace.
- Demonstrated executive presence, with the ability to effectively grow relationships and deepen partnerships.
