Description
The role will require the manager to stay current on technology and analytics trends to support People and HR teams. The right person will have a natural leadership ability, good communication skills and an eye for talent to grow a strong team in the region.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong experience in implementing and managing HRIS technology solutions is required with experience of Workday strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience delivering global Human Resources operations, processes and management systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing new teams & fostering an innovative, technology driven approach to operational activities.
  • Proven ability to design complex processes and drive both internal and cross-functional organisation change
  • Strong customer focus mindset, attention to detail and ability to see problems from both a customer service and engineering solution perspective.
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills with ability to influence multi-functional teams, build strong relationships with all business partners.
  • Experience of portfolio & program management best practices, project management practices, risk & issue resolution.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple work streams in a dynamic & changing environment.
  • Strong mentorship, coaching skills, ability to make good hiring decisions for Apple and develop individual contributors to maximise strengths and diversity of skills in a team.
  • Position requires strong knowledge of analytical teams and the tools they use. Understand technical concepts involved in analytics initiatives and foster creativity and innovation across the team.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, coding principles and experience building large scale solutions in a global enterprise.
  • Ability to engage, understand and make decisions related to systems architecture concerns and strategy.
  • General understanding of current industry trends in the areas of AI/ML.
  • Experience scaling teams to provide a broad set of day-to-day support services to business teams. This would include establishment of SLAs, intake process’s and ticket management.
  • Scorecard creation, knowledge of call-centre/help desk measurement techniques & metric definition.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and translate those problems into tangible solutions which can be understood and implemented by technical teams.
  • Ability to engage with different procurement / vendor agreement cost models required to maximise value add to the business team based on cost, FTE/contractor ratio & onshore/offshore ratio levers.
Education & Experience
Masters level degree or equivalent from reputable college in the area of computer science or information management systems.Apple benefits programmes vary by country and are subject to eligibility requirements.
