Responsibilities:

• Create and update 2D drawings as required.
• Coordinate archiving of drawings and CAD data to Teamcenter and Ford Doc.
• Conduct 3D CAD feasibility studies for all accessory parts.
• Co-ordinate and present CAD data at Engineering Design reviews with cross functional teams.
• Perform carryover studies in CAD for Ford Licensed Accessory parts for each model year.
• Assemble 3D CAD reference data and translate as needed for suppliers.
• Maintain carryover sign-off for each model milestone.
• Conduct CAD studies for new part development with respect to complete vehicle information.
• Maintain and set up CAD request and status report.
• Maintain carryover studies status report and vehicles program timing.
• Facilitate data transfer between engineers / suppliers.
