- Develop a research program for Talent Management with a well-defined roadmap to assess the areas of performance, talent planning, employee growth and development, and organizational health- Conduct sophisticated analytics to support ad hoc requests and explore emerging areas, and ultimately recommend what should be scaled to an ongoing analytic product- Stitch analytics and metrics across various People functions (i.e., Talent Management, Compensation, Inclusion & Diversity, Employee Sentiment, Total Rewards, etc.) to provide robust insights and a well-rounded understanding of program efficiency to leaders
