Job Summary

As a Senior Talent Management Program Manager, you will be focused on driving operational excellence across HR and talent development. You will drive the end-to-end implementation of talent programs and processes across HR and globally throughout the organization. This includes partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Analytics, Communications, and Business Partner teams to ensure project deliverables are on track.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage complex, cross-functional Talent Management initiatives by interpreting business needs and leveraging best practices. Lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery from ideation to execution.
  • Support the design and implementation of NetApp’s performance management strategy and calibration process.
  • Partner with learning teams to design and facilitate programs to support performance management processes.
  • Develop change management strategies and drive adoption through active partnerships with the HR Business Partner and Internal Communication teams.
  • Design the program’s measurement strategy and conduct analyses to assess and identify areas for improvement. Partner with the HR Analytics team to create and maintain reporting.
  • Continuously monitor the health of processes and play a key role in identifying and delivering opportunities for improvements
  • Present ideas, insights, and implementation plans to HR Leadership and Business Partners to increase the visibility of programs and align on engagement strategies.
  • Support employee survey project management, data analysis, and reporting.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
  • Demonstrated project, change, and time management skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas
  • Use judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or government law
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end HR projects
  • 5+ years of experience developing process documents
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with technology and analytics
