monday dev is designed for software product builders to manage their whole product development lifecycle. Since its launch in May 2023, monday dev has grown rapidly with a pace of more than 4x in revenue with over 1500 clients. As we aim to climb further, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Head of Marketing to elevate our brand and lead our GTM marketing strategy.

About The Role

The Head of Marketing will be the strategic force behind our marketing endeavors. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned marketer who can seamlessly blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution, drive demand generation across channels, and build our brand's global presence.

  • Strategic Leadership: Plan and execute an ambitious marketing and GTM strategy that resonates with growth and revenue goals.
  • Demand Generation: Lead all aspects of monday dev demand generation efforts, including performance marketing, inbound, outbound, and more to ensure a growing pipeline for sales and efficient traffic generation within monday's self-serve funnel.
  • Brand Enhancement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance brand awareness and positioning, to further differentiate our product within the competitive landscape.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Lead our ABM endeavors, ensuring targeted and personalized outreach to our top-tier prospects.
  • Metrics-driven decision-making: Define, monitor, and report on vital marketing KPIs, ensuring data-driven strategy refinement.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish our brand as an industry thought leader through insightful content, speaking engagements, and more.
  • Case Studies & PR: Collaborate with our PR and marketing team to craft compelling case studies, showcasing client success stories and our transformative impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong relationships across sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Regional Coordination: Engage with regional marketing teams to synchronize event strategies, branding efforts, and market insights.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing role with a demonstrated track record of driving growth, preferably within a SaaS domain.
  • Profound understanding of modern marketing methodologies including demand generation, performance marketing, and ABM.
  • A strategic vision complemented by a hands-on, problem-solving disposition.
  • Proven capability in managing significant marketing budgets while ensuring optimal ROI.
