Job Overview:
The Senior Coordinator will work as part of the Workplace Experience Team and is a key role for the highly expanding Prague office site. You will be involved in office wide events, meetings, welcoming staff and visitors into the office and will work with the wider global Workplace team.
In this role you will:
Guest/visitor experience oversight
General upkeep of all office common areas
Management of security processes and liaising with building management
Incoming and outgoing shipping needs for the office
Partnering on the local new hire experience
Provide administrative support and leadership to the Workplace Experience Team as needed
Assisting with all events and office projects
Be responsible for office moves, space planning and different workplace experience projects as needed
Health, Safety and emergency preparedness
Facilities management duties
Office communication hub - if it isn’t our team, we will connect you with the right one!
Management of local OpEx Budget
Supporting Global team development & improvement projects along with other Senior Coordinators
Supporting our Workplace Pillar Strategy and taking lead on several of these.
Alongside Workplace Managers, helping to provide direction for team and guidance to other team members
Helping to support Rapid7’s business objectives
The skills you will bring include:
An amazing attitude – personable, approachable, and always eager to help, good negotiation skills
Previous experience as an office manager / coordinator or event manager
Fluent English and fluent Czech or Slovak - both oral and written command
The ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail
A proactive work ethic - take ownership of your work!
An eagerness to learn, take feedback well, and apply it
A desire to work both independently and on a team
It would be great if you have…
Experience in Google Apps is preferred
