Key job responsibilities
- Develop deep, trusted relationships with partner leadership, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their challenges, goals, and long-term vision.- Design and facilitate interactive workshops that drive specific outcomes, such as new service ideation, cost optimization, organizational change management, and the development of profitable AWS service offerings.
- Interface with internal leadership and external CxO-level stakeholders, earning their trust and securing executive-level buy-in and support for strategic initiatives.
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with a proven track record of building strong industry relationships.
- Expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and quantifying the business value of technology investments.Experience in leading facilitated workshops and guiding organizational transformation, with a focus on change management and driving sustainable outcomes.
- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives, IT professionals, and influencers at all levels.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, business models, and the unique requirements of large partner organizations.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans.Proven track record of interfacing with CxO-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, and earning their trust and support.
