Project Management Specialist II Senior Project Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring project meets client expectation with respect to quality, specification, delivery time and strategy.
• Identify, track, manage and help to mitigate risk on specific client engagements. Escalate these issues when necessary to ensure minimal impact to quality, budget, and delivery time.
• Monitor document submission schedule (vendor & client).
• Support in managing project progress, and scope deviation through client change orders.

• Support in establishing and maintaining a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project.
• Have full understanding of project work based on analysis of strategic importance, outstanding tasks, challenges, budgets, resources and deadlines.
• Managing the client, project team members, and order management team to establish associated project deliverables that allow delivery of the most strategic functionality within the project constraints.

• Understand pricing model and billing procedures.
• Have full understanding of project work based on analysis of strategic importance, outstanding tasks, challenges, budgets, resources and deadlines.
• Observe client’s deviation / additional request – support to convert these into Change Orders / Variation Order when necessary.

• Seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship.
• Manages (day-to-day) client interaction.
• Communicate effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

• Ensuring the quality objectives are in line with Honeywell quality policy.
• Ensuring the quality objectives are in line with client quality expectations.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Minimum 5 years industrial experience in Oil & Gas.
• Added advantage for those with commissioning experience for gas meters, analyzers, flow computers and pressure regulators.
• Prefer to major in Chemical Engineering or others ie. Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering and other related Engineering Degree.
• Familiar with technical discipline specifics like code and standards & project specifications etc.
• Good interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Both verbal and written.
• Ability to technically communicate internally & externally (client & team members).
• Available for longer distance travels with duration up to 2 weeks.
• Service oriented, problem solver and awareness of the situation and problems and how to solve them.
