PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Develop and implement seasonal digital plans to achieve performance objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Champion data-driven and digital-first approaches across the brand to enhance consumer experience and maximizeperformance marketingefficiency.
- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive digital campaign strategies.
- Align seasonal promotional planning and execution with all Brand Activation (BA) functions and business units.
- Collaborate with Planning & Media Activation (P&MA) and eCommerce (eCom) teams to optimize digital media strategies, including performance marketing, for effective budget utilization.
- Managedigital platforms, including owned social media accounts, Kakao, and the Confirmed app.
- Serve as the primary brand liaison for Global Digital Activation and local eCommerce leadership.
- Lead the creation and implementation of content best practices, ensuring alignment and knowledge-sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging digital trends to inform innovative marketing strategies.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture and driving improvements in employee engagement metrics (eNPS).

- NPS (country, key city, key categories)
- Net Sales
- Compliance to MaExguidelines
- Annual/Monthly MaExAccuracy vs. RFC LE
- ROAS, performance marketing
- Acquisition and engagement at Kakao, Confirmed, and drive traffic to ownsocialand wholesale eCom

- Strong background in digital marketing with proven leadership in team management.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in marketing communications and sales is an asset.
- Demonstrated success in project management and campaign execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Expertise in employee engagement and performance management through effective coaching, training, and development.
- Fluencyin English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant marketing fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in the marketing and digital ecosystem.
