This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing for Europe & Global High Growth Regions.
Key requirements
Drive regional marketing outcomes for growth, including tracking and reporting on campaign metrics and other KPIs.
Ensure regional operations are adopting/leveraging GDM (global design model) standards.
Develop targeted marketing plans to reach and engage the target audience.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed, managing marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand generation marketing campaigns across Europe, with demonstrated measurement and results. Proven ability to develop and edit content for a variety of campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work across all levels of seniority
