Purpose Statement:

Key Responsibilities
- Promotes and supports the execution of Service Solutions Sales
- Builds and leads a team of high performing Virtual Sales Talent with a winning sales culture
- Identifies and implements best in class selling technologies
- Develops and executes a strategic and tactical plan to exceed short term and long term sales and revenue goals
- Leverages Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and accelerate Talent and Performance
- Leads cross functional teams to maintain and further develop Service Selling Excellence
- Partners with Marketing to innovate on Service Solutions product offerings
- Partners with Field Sales to develop deep collaboration and effectively reach service customers
- Identifies strategic partnership opportunities with customers and channel partners
- Drives thought leadership in Service Solutions, contract terms and conditions, and virtual selling processes
- Evaluates best practices and drives continuous improvement
- Monitors competition and industry benchmarks to maintain leading edge and be a trusted thought leader
Requirements
- Sales Management skills- ideally5+ years’ experience managing a diverse team within Sales
- Ability to coach, motivate and lead a sales team to deliver outstanding results- Partner to create a high performing sales culture for the service sales team.
- Previous experience in an Inside Sales environment, preferably in a regulated one as in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical
- Exposure to best practices in an Inside Sales Management function is highly desirable- Seek opportunities to drive growth faster than historical performance.
- Ability to recruit, develop and retain talents
- Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Drive and tenacity
- Ability to create compelling business cases for improvements and to lead relevant projects
- Direct CRM experience in inside sales tools
- Fluent in English
