Your Impact
Executive Comms support to the President: A key benchmark is the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and executive communications support to the global President and senior GTM and Sales leadership. This involves developing executive messaging, preparing keynotes, speaker notes, all-hands meetings, executive social engagement, and ghostwriting internal and external communications that are authentic and impactful.
Lead Change Management Communications: In the fast-paced GTM environment, this leader is expected to effectively communicate organizational changes, new sales methodologies, and evolving market strategies to minimize disruption and foster buy-in.
Oversee Content and Channel Management: A crucial responsibility is the creation and dissemination of compelling and easily digestible content for the sales audience. This includes everything from newsletters and intranet updates to video scripts and sales kick-off materials. Success is benchmarked by content engagement and the effectiveness of the chosen communication channels.
Your team develops the best practices and governance for communicating to the Sales organization.
Your team owns key tools and platforms used to communicate with the Sales audience, including The Loop (intranet), Slack (collaboration), Workship and Panopto (video).
Your team delivers the weekly foundational communication: What’s New newsletter to a global audience of more than 6,000 employees, and the weekly Sales webinar Friday Morning Live,, as well as other programs.
You interface with peers around the company to build and execute communications strategies for product launches, key sales events like Sales Kickoff and President’s Club, and change management initiatives.
Your team is part of the larger Global Communications team and, together, you are involved in virtually all of the company-wide programs and projects, All Hands meetings, organizational announcements and other comms programs.
Your Experience
10-15+ years of progressive experience in communications, with a significant portion focused on sales, GTM, or a closely related field.
Experience: in a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment is highly preferred. Deep expertise in the company's specific industry and a proven track record of success in a high-growth, fast-paced GTM environment.
Leadership: Proven ability to influence and build strong, trusted relationships with senior executives and cross-functional partners. Experience managing complex projects and leading strategic initiatives is required.
Communication Skills: World-class written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated talent for storytelling and simplifying highly technical information for diverse global audiences.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of GTM strategies, enterprise sales methodologies (including channel and partner models), and the key metrics that drive a successful sales organization.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can masterfully manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and directly connect communication efforts to business objectives, while possessing a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to flawless execution.
Sales Enablement Fluency: A deep understanding of the sales process, methodologies, and the challenges faced by sales professionals is essential for creating relevant and impactful communications.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Top-tier directors are expected to use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of their communications and continuously optimize their strategies. Key metrics often include employee engagement scores, open and click-through rates on communications, and feedback from sales leadership and individual contributors.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $208,000 - $284,500/YR.
