Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a similar commercial or customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with accountability for achieving business targets or quotas.
  • Data-driven decision-maker: Confident using data to inform decisions and exercising sound business judgment.
  • Strong project management skills: You can create detailed joint business plans with restaurant partners and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Skilled in verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Resourceful and proactive: Known for your agility, speed, and a go-getter attitude. This team moves fast, and you’ll embrace working in evolving spaces.
  • Autonomous and driven: Able to work independently with minimal oversight, willing to roll up your sleeves to support our highest-value partners.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Business English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL (a plus!)
