What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Enterprise Partner Managers to execute joint business strategies with Grocery & Retail brands.
- Support the onboarding process for new stores and manage catalogs to optimize partner performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with merchant partners by handling routine communications and providing timely follow-ups.
- Manage day-to-day operations such as reporting, invoicing, and merchandising efforts to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze data using internal systems to identify and recommend improvements for both Uber and its partners.
- Create client-facing resources and materials, streamlining best practices to enhance the partner experience.
- Represent Uber Eats’ mission and brand as an ambassador while supporting the delivery of an exceptional partner journey.
What You’ll Need
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, ideally working with enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with an intuitive understanding of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- A team-oriented attitude combined with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with tools such as Google Docs; familiarity with SQL and Salesforce is a strong plus.
- A collaborative and self-starter approach, paired with analytical abilities to identify opportunities and take ownership of solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and on time.
