The UK commercial organization is hiring a Commercial Analyst to help us sustainably drive growth in the UK market. The UK Commercial function operatesto drive the UK market commercial P&L. Responsibilities span driving the monitoring and optimization of ICB UK Sales, delivery of strategic commercial initiatives, development and maintenance of the UK proposition. and development and monitoring of the key commercial targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Working closely with Finance, Product and the Commercial team, you will;

• Drive development of commercial targets for the UK market based on top-level strategic and financial objectives
• Maintain ongoing sight of the expected impact of commercial & propositional plans on P&L expectations
• Drive understanding of customer value generation, consolidate LTV & marginal product P&L models, set boundary conditions for customer and product profitability in line with financial objectives of the UK market

Skills/ Qualifications should include:

• You will have a strong academic background and significant Pricing, Commercial and/or FP&A experience in Financial Services.
• You will have a great understanding of business drivers and the metrics and unit economics that impact business results.
• You are happy working with large datasets and presenting insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools, extracting and manipulating data
• Previous experience in retail banking would be a plus
