Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign.
Experience setting and delivering against marketing metrics, with problem-solving and capabilities.
Experience working with cloud technology.
Ability to use insights and data to inform strategies, improve results, and drive innovative thinking.
Excellent communication, including presentation skills with an ability to tailor communications to a range of audiences.
