Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Support execution pricing excellence in STAR, including attending Step-0 reviews and assisting with objection handling.
- Maintain deal desk data and dashboards, generate reports, and track performance metrics to improve the deal escalation process.
- Approve deals in line with the new approval parameters and corporate guidance.
- Analyze deal structures and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Articulate deal requirements, contract structure and risks to executives
- Work cross-functionally to support resolutions to complex deal negotiations and address approval requirements.
- Attend and offer coaching during core STAR negotiation checkpoints to drive price attainment.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update deal desk documentation and guidelines.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred with 3+ years of experience in a sales operation, software sales, and/or revenue operations role.
- You are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who has experience managing field relationships.
- You are proficient with PowerPoint, Excel & Tableau.
