Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in business development, sales, or business building specifically in the connected hardware, or eyewear space.
Experience managing partnership engagements with partners, including structuring and negotiating the business, technology and legal issues.
Experience leading product partnerships with a set of cross-functional team members.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience operating with flexibility in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
Experience in the XR (VR/AR/MR) or eyewear space (e.g., Rx, Frames, DTC)
Experience in product, technical and business domains.
Ability to be resourceful, creative, detail-oriented and highly organized; grow in ambiguous, uncertain dynamics.
Ability to speak English and Italian, as most partners are Italian.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills on technical, contractual and financial issues.
