- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in business development/partnership management, in the Consumer Electronics, Connected Hardware, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Eyewear, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 4 years of business development, sales, or business building experience in eyewear / optical fields.
- Experience operating in always-on, constantly evolving and collaborative environment and work cross-functionally with all levels of management, internally and externally, on first-of-kind partnerships and agreements.
- Experience with structuring and negotiating the business, technology and legal issues.
- Knowledge of product, technical and subject matter or work experience in the XR (VR/AR/MR) or eyewear space (e.g., Rx, Frames, DTC).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills on technical, contractual and financial issues.
