Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- 6+ years experience leading technical projects.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
- 6–10+ years building production software or data/ML systems; 2+ years with LLMs/Generative AI .
- Hands‑on experience designing and shipping agentic workflows on Azure (tool‑use, RAG, multi‑agent).
- Proven ability to evaluate AI systems using both automated and human‑in‑the‑loop methods; can define success metrics, build golden sets, and run online experiments.
- Working knowledge of Responsible AI practices and safety controls; can document decisions and risks for audits/reviews.
- Proficiency with Semantic Kernel / AutoGen / LangChain , Azure OpenAI , Azure AI Studio (prompt flow/evals) , and vector search.
- Solid engineering in Python and/or TypeScript/C# ; CI/CD with GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps ; observability with OpenTelemetry/App Insights .
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with Azure Government environments and control families aligned to FedRAMP High / DoD IL5+ ; experience collaborating with Federal stakeholders on security reviews/ATOs.
- Excellent customer discovery, communication, and documentation skills; comfortable turning mission problems into working, validated solutions.
