Job Description

CyberArk is looking for an Information Systems HR Application Solutions Specialist with a strong background in information systems and technologies.
As a Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s business applications and systems used by the different departments worldwide.
You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, design solutions, and deliver them while providing top-quality service.
The role requires good project management skills, system analysis experience, and extensive knowledge of various business applications and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, optimize, improve, and deploy business processes for HR modules from the requirement gathering until the go-live phase.
  • End-to-end management of IT projects
  • Design and analysis of various business processes
  • Maintain, upgrade, and manage various systems
  • Maintenance including problem (ticket) resolution within SLA and highest quality
  • Hands-on technical activities while setting up/configuring systems Successful delivery on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality standards
  • Matrix management of resources such as cross IT, external suppliers, and users within the company
Qualifications
  • BA in business /industrial engineering/Soc Behavioral Science other equivalent BA specializing in information systems (or equivalent) – Mandatory.
  • 3 years of HRIS system hands-on (Success Factor/Oracle HCM/Hi-BoB/Workday) experience in a global public company– Mandatory
  • Deep understanding and hands on experience of the following business processes and related enterprise-level applications: Hire To Retire recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning and all other HR modules.
  • SAP SuccessFactors proven hands-on experience – Major advantage
  • At least 3 years of HRIS/HR IT experience in a global public company - Mandatory
  • Experience in implementation and administering of additional enterprise applications [(Employee Compensation– advantage, Recruitment (Smart Recruiter – an Advantage), LMS Systems, Employee Engagement - advantage
  • Hands on experience of integration between applications (experience with Ipass services such as Workato – advantage)
  • Experience and knowledge of IT system analysis (business analysis skills), writing detailed technical and functional designs.
  • Experience with, and knowledge of, project management methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate with others
  • Customer-centric with the ability to understand customer needs (positive customer facing attitude)
