- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Partner Management or Business Development in the media and entertainment space or combined experience within other industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience negotiating and executing contracts, agreements or managing external partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, JD or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience in digital content distribution at a digital platform or media company.
- Influence skills working with internal and external stakeholders, including product, and engaging with leadership on sophisticated business issues with limited oversight.
- Experience balancing numerous partners at various stages of complexity and maturity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment.
