As a Field Marketing Associate within the Field Marketing Center of Excellence Team at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will have the exciting opportunity to create and maintain new programs that support our Private Client banking Relationship Managers and contribute to the future growth of the business. You will work closely with a diverse team and internal partners across various marketing functions. Your role will require you to be organized, data-promoten, creative, and agile, with a focus on serving the field while also working on large projects. Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as point person to facilitate the creation of personalized bio marketing materials
  • Oversee day to day operations with the vendor agency who supports the creation of marketing materials for Relationship Managers in this line of business
  • Help maintain intake form database and files by region
  • Help maintain tracking of headshots and bios
  • Assist with various metrics, analytics and data needs to create dashboards and reports to management
  • Manage the marketing inbox for this business, responding to inquiries in a timely manner and tracking common themes on dashboard, identifying internal communications awareness opportunities
  • Help track collateral usage through record keeping, inventory management, order management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 2+ years of entry level marketing experience
  • Organization, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Agile in the ability to pivot between communicating with the field and internal marketing colleagues, scheduling work accordingly
  • Ability to interface with very senior executive-level advisors appropriately
  • Able to give and take feedback in an ongoing manner
  • Bachelor's Degree required
